ลักษณะด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคมและวัฒนธรรมกับการสร้างโอกาสการค้าการลงทุนและการสร้างเสถียรภาพการค้าการลงทุนด้านการเกษตรและอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรของนักลงทุนไทยในแขวงจำปาสัก สปป.ลาว

เศรษฐกิจ สังคมและวัฒนธรรมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามบริบทของการค้าการลงทุนระหว่างประเทศ สร้างผลกระทบต่อบทบาทของไทยในการเป็นศูนย์กลางของภูมิภาคอาเซียน งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นจากผู้เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดอันดับนักลงทุนต่างชาติที่เข้ามาลงทุนด้านการเกษตรและอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรในแขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคมและวัฒนธรรมที่ส่งผลต่อโอกาสและเสถียรภาพการค้าการลงทุนด้านการเกษตรและอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรของนักลงทุนไทยในแขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว
ประชากรเป้าหมายคือผู้ประกอบการลาว เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ เกษตรกรผู้ผลิตในระบบพันธะสัญญาของแขวงจำปาสัก เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐของไทยและนักลงทุนไทย ภายใต้กิจกรรมการดำเนินงานการเกษตรแบบมีพันธะสัญญา ครั้งที่ 11 และการจับคู่ธุรกิจ ครั้งที่ 7 ระหว่างจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีของไทยกับแขวงจำปาสักของลาว ในปี พ.ศ. 2558 จำนวน 194 ราย เลือกประชากรทั้งหมด เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สหสัมพันธ์ การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณและการสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผู้เกี่ยวข้องด้านการค้าการลงทุนของแขวงจำปาสักต้องการให้นักลงทุนไทยมาลงทุนด้านการเกษตรและอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรเป็นลำดับหนึ่ง รองลงมาเป็นนักลงทุนจากเวียดนามและจีน และ (2) ลักษณะด้านเศรษฐกิจ (การจ้างงาน การฝึกอบรมพัฒนาแรงงาน) ลักษณะด้านสังคม (เมืองคู่มิตร ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม) ลักษณะด้านวัฒนธรรม (กฎระเบียบและประเพณีทางการค้า แนวปฏิบัติการสร้างสาธารณูปโภคพื้นฐาน) เป็นตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ทำให้เกิดโอกาสการค้าการลงทุน ทั้งนี้ลักษณะด้านสังคม (ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม) ลักษณะด้านวัฒนธรรม (กฎระเบียบและประเพณีทางการค้า แนวปฏิบัติการสร้างสาธารณูปโภคพื้นฐาน) เป็นตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ส่งผลต่อเสถียรภาพการค้าการลงทุนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
