TIME MANAGEMENT ABILITY OF CADETS, CHULACHOMKLAO ROYAL MILITARY ACADEMY

The survey research aimed to 1) study the nature of time spending of the cadets, 2) study the levels of time management ability of the cadets, and 3) compare the average time management ability of the cadets classified by classes. The samples consisted of 330 cadets, 66 cadets from each class (1st year to 5th year cadets. The research methods were activity recording sheets and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA; compared by Least Significant Difference (LSD). The research found that 1) The nature of the time spent by the cadets according to the Standing Operating Procedure (SOP) was divided into 3 missions; military training and academic missions, collective missions, and personal missions. 2) The time management ability of the cadets as a whole and every aspect were at a high level. 3) The overall result of time management ability among the cadets in different classes was statistically significant at level 0.01 (p<0.01).
