Duties of Editors
Editors have the duty of evaluating the quality of articles submitted for publication and conformity to the journal’s established policies.
Editors must not disclose information regarding the author and reviewer of articles to anyone who is not involved in the review process.
Editors must decide on which articles to publish, following the completion of the peer review process. They should make their decision in the light of the articles’ significance, novelty, clarity, and conformity with the journal’s intentions and policies.
Editors must issue acceptance letters with the acceptance date that reflects reality.
Editors must not publish an article that has already been published elsewhere.
Editors must not reject the publication of an article out of suspicion or uncertainty without concrete evidence to back up these suspicions.
Editors must have no conflicts of interest with the authors, reviewers, and managerial board.
Editors must rigorously evaluate submitted articles for plagiarism by using credible programs in order to ensure that published articles have not illegitimately used materials from others.

Duties of Reviewers
Reviewers must maintain the highest ethical and professional standards and provide unbiased and straightforward recommendations. They must have no conflicts of interest with authors. In the event that they do, they must inform the editorial board immediately and recuse themselves from the review process.
Reviewers must evaluate articles that are in the field(s) of expertise and evaluate their quality and significance and should not use unsubstantiated personal opinions to evaluate articles.
Reviewers should specify significant research works that are relevant to the article’s content, which have not been referred to by the author. Furthermore, reviewers should notify the editor if there are sections of the article that are similar or duplicates other works.
Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and never expose the data in the articles, either partially or fully to anyone not involved in the review process.
Reviewers must complete the review process by the editorial board’s stipulated deadline.
