The success in the sustainable management of Provincial Administration

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) to study the success level of Sustainable Provincial Administration 2) To study the factors affecting the success level of Sustainable Provincial Administration 3) to develop model affecting the success level of Provincial Administration. This research is the quantitative research which questionnaire is implemented to compile data from 400 samples. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and LSD. The results of this study were that The opinions on factors affecting to the success level of Provincial Administration of paradigm, culture and value was at the high level sorting mean from highest to lowest were performance model, adaptation model, participation model and structure and regulation model. Participatory Governance was at the high level sorting mean from highest to lowest were people's empowerment, relationship, hearing, opinion, participation and information acknowledgement. Good Governance was at the high level sorting mean from highest to lowest were rule of law, morality, responsibility, transparency, efficiency and participation. Sustainable Provincial Administration was at the high level sorting mean from highest to lowest were operator, client and conflict of interests of organization, state, society and environment. Hypothesis testing of this study were that. Participatory Governance affects to the good governance administration of good governance, sustainable provincial administration and participatory administration affect to the success level of sustainable provincial administration resulted to the different level under significant level of 0.05
