A Model of electronic learning management system development that promote educational management of private secondary schools in special areas in 5 southern border provinces

Abstract

The purpose of this research were as follows (1) study the components of the development of electronic learning management systems (2) create a model for the development of electronic learning management system and (3) assess a model for the development of electronic learning management system. The sample consisted of 217 directors and teachers of private secondary schools by purposive sampling. The research instruments were questionnaire and the structured interview form. The statistics used for data analysis were average, standard deviations, percentage and frequency. the result of this research found that (1) the components include  acquisition, creation, storage, analysis and data mining, transfer, application and validation and every elements were at a high level (2) the model created consists of the following components (2.1) Acquisition (2.2) Creation (2.3) Storage (2.4) Analysis and data mining (2.5) transfer (2.6) Application and validation and (2.7) Collaboration and (3) the evaluation results of the model were appropriate and  the probability at a high level in all components.
