Abstract

This qualitative research used focus group method for proposing integrated communication guideline to promote Thai small and micro community enterprise image in digital era based on cross cultural communication conceptual framework. Findings showed that integrated communication guideline to promote Thai small and micro community enterprise image in digital era is consisted of (1) accounting training (2) distribution channel training such as booths and exhibitions (3) advertising and public relations material design and production for publishing via online distribution channel such as  VDO clip and electronic poster (4) advertising and public relations material design and production for publishing via offline distribution channel such as Point of Purchase communication materials (P.O.P) for booths and exhibitions.
