A Model of the Development of a Learning Organization that Supports the New English Language Teaching and Learning of Primary Schools in Special Areas in 5 Southern Border Provinces

The purpose of this research were as follows: (1) study the components model of the development of a learning organization. (2) determine a model of the development of a learning organization and (3) Assess a model of the development of a learning organization. The sample group selected consisted of 612 primary school administrators and teacher selected by Purposive Sampling. Data were collected by using tools such as questionnaires,
In-depth interview forms and focus group discussion forms. The analysis of quantitative data from the questionnaires and appropriate and possibility assessment forms by using statistics such as Mean, Standard deviation, Frequency and Percentage. The analysis of qualitative data by content analysis were in-depth interview and focus group discussion. The results of this research found that: (1) the components consisted of personal mastery, mental model shared vision, team learning, system thinking, and every elements were at a high level accept for personal mastery at the highest level. (2) the model determined consisted of a model of the development of a learning organization to supports the new English language teaching and learning of primary schools in special areas in 5 southern border provinces with 9 main components, such as leadership, personal mastery, mental model, shared, Vision, team learning, system thinking, action learning, professional learning community, collaboration. (3) the results of the evaluation of a model of the development of a learning organization to supports the new English language teaching and learning of primary schools in special areas in 5 southern border provinces were appropriate and possibility at a high level in every element.
