The Educational Management Model for Enhancing The Development of 21st Century Learners’ Skills In Charity Foundation Schools

This research is mixed-method research under direct examination by experts and professionals to determine the educational management model of private charitable schools that promote the development of learning skills in the 21st century. The population of the research is a private charitable school of 60 Buddhist temples and the school board is the information provider. The tools used in the research were questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and evaluation forms. Statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, multiple regression analysis, component analysis, and content analysis. The results of the research found that the administrative elements that promote the development of learning skills in the 21st century are two groups (1) curriculum development group (2) educational quality assurance group. When using such elements to create the educational management model, therefore, can be characterized as a set of (1) content (2) purpose (3) principles and (4) quality assurance; In organizing all kinds of activities in educational institutions regarding the mass experience arrangement for learners. All four elements focus on upgrading the learner's ability to use language, various thinking, problem-solving, selection and use of various technologies for self and social development. This model focuses on providing learners with self-directed communication, using technology in teaching and learning so that learners can exchange concrete experiences, and creating a new atmosphere for students to enjoy in Learning. Besides, this model also presents the use of PDCA circuits in the development of teaching and quality assurance.
