The purposes of this research were to study the relationship between the factors of executives, teachers, parents and communities, and academic administration of Primary schools in the Taksin group under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and to develop the prediction equation of the factors affecting academic administration of Primary schools in the Taksin group. The samples were 136 personnel in Primary schools in the Taksin group, in the academic year of 2017. The instrument used for collecting data was five scale rating questionnaire. The data were analyzed by a computer program; using mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation, multiple regression analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results were as follows (1) The factors of executives, teachers, parents and communities, and academic administration of Primary schools in the Taksin group, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, were found at a high level (2) The factors of executives, teachers, parents and communities related to academic administration of Primary schools in the Taksin group at high level with the .01 level of significance (3) Factors that can predict the academic administration of Primary schools in the Taksin group, sorting from the best predictors is the participation of parents and communities (X3.1), organizing academic personnel (X1.4), knowledge of curriculum and teaching (X2.1), support of parents and communities (X3.3), knowledge of academic administration (X1.1), and cooperation between teachers (X2.3). 4) The prediction equation of the factors those affected the academic administration of Primary schools in the Taksin group, can be composed with the following equation: = .312 + .227(X3.1) + .148(X1.4) + .188(X2.1) + .249(X3.3) + 137(X1.1) + .127(X2.3)
