Developing of Instructional documents on Environmental Sanitation According to the Bachelor of Public Health Program, 2018, Faculty of Public Health, Institute of Technology Ayothaya

This research was research for development used quantitative and qualitative research. The objectives of this research were to (1) develop the instructional documents (2) assess the quality of instructional documents, and (3) study the efficiency and satisfaction with the instruction documents. Population and Samples consisted of: 5 key informants were selected from the teaching and learning experts used purposive sampling for develop and assess the instructional documents, and 30 students of bachelor of public health program used requirements of experimental research for study the efficiency and satisfaction. The research instruments consisted of (1) interview forms (2) assessing questionnaire (3) knowledge test, and (4) satisfied questionnaire. The research data was analyzed by content analysis, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research result found that: 1) the instructional documents consist of 10 chapters as: (1) basic of environmental sanitation, (2) water supply management (3) waste water management, (4) management of solid waste and hazardous waste, (5) sewage management, (6) food sanitation, (7) control and prevention of air pollution, (8) control and prevention of insects and diseases, (9) residential sanitation, and (10) planning and management of environmental sanitation, 2) the quality of the instruction documents was a very high level (=4.68, SD=.45), and 3) the effective was 82.60/81.67 and the satisfaction was at a high level (=4.46, SD=0.70).
