Guideline for Buddhist Administration of Temples in Samut SaKhon Province for Serving the People as the Center of Society

This research has an objective for (1) to study the level of Buddhist management of temples in Samut Sakhon which affects the Buddhist management guidelines of temples in Samut Sakhon (2) to study the level of public service of temples in Samut Sakhon that affects the Buddhist management practices of temples in Samut Sakhon. This research is to methodology quantitative data were collected from questionnaires. random from those operations and sampling from the people who come to do various activities at temples in Samut Sakhon. The target groups was 400 people. used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the research revealed that (1) Buddhist management levels of temples and (2) Public service levels of temples in Samut Sakhon at a high level. from step analysis of multiple regression during the Buddhist management of temples in Samut Sakhon. that resulted in Buddhist planning organization management, personnel management and administration found that Buddhist planning methods can explain the variation of Buddhist management practices of temples as 69 percent. Buddhist methods of planning, Buddhist ways of personnel management, can explain the variation of Buddhist management practices of temples as 88 percent. Buddhist methods of planning, Buddhist methods of administration, and Buddhist methods of organization management can explain the variance of Buddhist management practices of temples as 88 percent of the population is affected by the center of society, affecting the Buddhist management approach of temples in Samut Sakhon to serve the people as a center of society Statistical significance at the level of .05
