Abstract

The purpose of this survey research were as follows: 1 to analyze the needs of trainees of the Superintendent Program 2 to study the administrative guidelines for the police superintendent program. The population was 160 participants. The sample consisted of 128 participants by simple random sampling. Data was collected by myself. The tool used in the research was a questionnaire. Data analysis was to analyze the needs of trainees and content analysis. Statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNIModified  index. The research findings could be summarized as follows: The authentic state of curriculum administration in overall and in each aspect was at the highlevel covering implementation, evaluation and planning. The desirable state of curriculum administration was at the high level both the overall and each aspect covering planning, implementation and evaluation. The curriculum administration in general with the PNIModified   in order as follows (1) Planning (2) Evaluation (3) Implementation. Administrative guidelines for police superintendent program should be given. Priority in the following order: (1) Planning for public participation (2) Regarding the implementation, there should be preparation of teachers, designated locations, responsible persons and arranged schedules for responsible persons at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalai University and (3) Evaluation of the Police College and Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalai University should be reviewed both in theory and in practice with serious monitoring and evaluation.
