The Relationship between the Learning Outcome according to Thailand Qualification Framework for Higher Education (TQF: HEd) Quality of Final Year Students and Graduate Quality after Graduation from Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Chakriraj.

This correlation descriptive study research aimed to explore (1) the Program learning outcome according to Thailand qualification framework for higher education (TQF: HEd) (2) Quality of final year students (3) Graduate quality after graduation of graduates of Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Chakriraj and (2) test the relationship among these three variables. Subjects were recruited from three groups: 32 instructors, 24 preceptors, and 54 graduate users. Research measurement tools included learning outcomes questionnaires based on Prabormarajchanok Institute and reliability testing with alpha Cronbach coefficient was 0.92. Spearman rank coefficient correlations were used for data analyzing. Results revealed in two folds: (1) means of overall learning outcomes, quality of final year students and graduate quality after graduation scores, graded from there groups of subjects, were at good level (M=3.94-4.11, SD=0.13-0.14). All three groups graded at good level for five aspects of TQF. (M =3.77 -4.48, SD = 0.06), except nursing instructors graded students as moderate level for knowledge aspect (M=3.40, SD = 0.18), 2) Scores of program learning outcomes, quality of final year students and graduate quality after graduation were positively correlated, in particular, means of program learning outcomes and quality of final year students were correlated significantly (r=0.29, p< 0.05). Additionally, means of program learning outcomes and Graduate quality after graduation of graduates were correlated significantly (r=0.24, p< 0.05).
