Survey of Clients’ Satisfaction with Service Deliveries of Bueng Yitho Municipality in 2023

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) To study the level of satisfaction of service recipients towards the service of Bueng Yitho Municipalityfiscal Year 2022. (2)Recommend guidelines for the development of services of Bueng Yitho Municipality, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province. The samples used in this research were those who use the services of Bueng Yitho Municipality, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province, fiscal year 2022, 400 people, by using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data, statistics used for data analysis, i.e. percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

            The results of the survey of service recipients' satisfaction towards the services of Bueng Yitho Municipality, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province, fiscal year 2022, an overall of each task was at the highest level ( =4.71) when considering each task. It was found that it was at the highest level in every task. Sorted from highest average to lowest average as follows: Public health services of Bueng Yitho Medical and Rehabilitation Center ( =4.82) followed by services of civil registration and identification card ( =4.80). Civil services of construction permission ( =4.78). Educational services of Bueng Yitho Sub-District Child Development Center and kindergarten
( =4.77) and public health services of the Bueng Yitho Elderly Recreation and Rehabilitation Center ( =4.72, SD=.379) respectively.
