Abstract

This article introduces the application of Wat Panyanantaram activities in the development of school administrators. The purpose is to study and introduce the concept of management development activities based on Buddhist principles, which focus on moral development, promote morality and ethics, and establish good relationships based on Wat Panyanantaram's activities. By analyzing relevant documents and research data, school administrators play an essential role in improving educational quality and influencing management outcomes. Therefore, school administrators must possess appropriate qualifications, theoretical knowledge, skills, ethics, and educational management experience. Developing successful educational institutions to cope with competition and changes in modern society. The activities of Wat Panyanantaram promote moral and ethical, moral and cultural activities. It can be applied to the multifaceted development of school administrators, such as improving the quality of life through the following ways: The "Moral Camp" Nekkhama Baramee Buddhist fasting project is a project commemorating Buddhist scripture. Therefore, the activities of Wat Panyanantaram can be applied.
