แนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้กิจกรรมของวัดปัญญานันทารามเป็นฐาน ในการพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา

บทความนี้นำเสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้กิจกรรมของวัดปัญญานันทารามในการพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและนำเสนอแนวความคิดของกิจกรรมในการพัฒนาผู้บริหาร โดยยึดหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศีลธรรม ส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดี ตามแนวทางกิจกรรมของวัดปัญญานันทาราม โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างคุณภาพการศึกษาและส่งผลต่อผลลัพธ์จากการบริหาร ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจึงต้องมีคุณลักษณะเหมาะสม มีความรู้เชิงทฤษฎี ทักษะ มีคุณธรรม และประสบการณ์ทางการบริหารการศึกษา เพื่อพัฒนาสถานศึกษาให้ประสบผลสำเร็จ สนองตอบต่อการแข่งขันและทันสมัยกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสังคมปัจจุบัน โดยกิจกรรมของวัดปัญญานันทารามมีการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ด้านศีลธรรม และด้านวัฒนธรรม สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาได้หลายมิติ เช่น โครงการปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตผ่าน “ค่ายคุณธรรม” โครงการบวชเนกขัมมะบารมี โครงการเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ดังนั้น การประยุกต์ใช้กิจกรรมของวัดปัญญานันทารามสามารถนำมาเป็นแนวทางสำคัญที่สามารถส่งเสริมให้ผู้บริหารมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และทักษะในการบริหารที่ดียิ่งขึ้น
