ความสามารถเชิงศักยภาพของครูโรงเรียนนานาชาติในประเทศจีน

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเสริมสร้างความสามารถเชิงศักยภาพให้กับครูในโรงเรียน
นานาชาติในประเทศจีน อันจะยังประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาครูให้กับงานทรัพยากรมนุษย์และโรงเรียน ซึ่งจัดอยู่ในประเภทธุรกิจการศึกษา จากการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากครูในโรงเรียนนานาชาติ 5 แห่งในนครปักกิ่ง ซึ่งสุ่มมาด้วยเทคนิคการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่ายจำนวน 404 คน ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับตามแนวคิดของลิเคอร์ท ข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้ถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่า ความสามารถเชิงศักยภาพของครูในโรงเรียนนานาชาติในประเทศจีนควรต้องประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน จำแนกเป็น ความสามารถเชิงศักยภาพที่สำคัญในระดับมาตรฐาน 34 รายการ และระดับพื้นฐาน 6 รายการ ทั้งนี้ครูในโรงเรียนนานาชาติควรให้ความสำคัญกับความสามารถด้านการสอนมากกว่าการควบคุมมาตรฐานส่วนบุคคลของนักเรียน
