ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู ที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจของครูโรงเรียนกองทัพบกอุปถัมภ์ เพชราวุธวิทยา ในพระอุปถัมภ์ฯ จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู (2) ศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูกับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอน ประจำปีการศึกษา 2567 (ภาคต้น) จำนวน 72 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.95 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.972 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำแบบมุ่งความสำเร็จของงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วม ภาวะผู้นำแบบสนับสนุน และภาวะผู้นำแบบสั่งการ มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด 2) ระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่การงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงาน และด้านเงินเดือน สวัสดิการ ค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูมีความสัมพันธ์กับแรงจูงใจของครูอยู่ในระดับสูง ผลจากการวิจัยสามารถปรับปรุงพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารและปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารการศึกษาให้มีภาวะผู้นำที่มีความสอดคล้องกับแรงจูงใจในแต่ละด้านเพื่อเพิ่มขวัญและแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน
