แนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรออนไลน์ “SME ACADEMY 365” เพื่อเสริมสร้างการรับรู้และทักษะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการในศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการ SME

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการรับรู้และการเข้าถึงหลักสูตรออนไลน์ “SME ACADEMY 365” ในกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการ SME ที่เป็นสมาชิก E-learning “SME ACADEMY 365” ของ สสว. และเพื่อประเมินความรู้ที่ได้ส่งผลต่อทักษะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ SME ที่เป็นสมาชิก E-learning “SME ACADEMY 365” รวมทั้งเพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรออนไลน์ “SME ACADEMY 365” ของสำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (สสว.) โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ ผู้ประกอบการ SME ที่เป็นสมาชิก “SME ACADEMY 365” ใช้เกณฑ์คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม 21 ราย ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ประกอบการรับรู้และเข้าถึงหลักสูตรดังกล่าวผ่านช่องทาง website ของ สสว. ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลการประเมินความรู้ที่ได้ส่งผลต่อทักษะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ พบว่าทักษะความเป็นผู้นํา (Leadership) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด สำหรับทักษะการแก้ปัญหา (Problem-solving) ทักษะดิจิทัล (Digitalization) ทักษะการสื่อสาร (Communication) อยู่ในระดับมาก นอกจากนี้ มีการนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการอบรมไปใช้ประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก และมีการนำไปใช้ตัดสินใจ วางแผนเริ่มต้นธุรกิจ การปรับตัวให้อยู่รอด หรือ ปรับเปลี่ยนธุรกิจ และบริหารจัดการองค์กร โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและตอบโจทย์มากขึ้น และเสริมสร้างทักษะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการใน 4 ทักษะสำคัญได้แก่ ความเป็นผู้นํา การแก้ปัญหา ดิจิทัล การสื่อสาร ผ่านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจด้วยกิจกรรมออนไลน์ที่หลากหลายและสร้างสรรค์ รวมทั้งควรมีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรระยะยาว ปรับปรุงให้ทันสมัยและมีความหลากหลายมากขึ้น
