ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะในงานกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ยานยนต์

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะในงานของพนักงานในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ยานยนต์ (2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ยานยนต์ และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะในงานกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ยานยนต์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ระดับด้านสมรรถนะในงานอยู่ในระดับมาก (r=0.557) (2) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ยานยนต์อยู่ในระดับมาก (r=0.611) และ (3) ระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะในงานกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ยานยนต์ มีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (r=0.219)
