การศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกตัดสินใจใช้ยานพาหนะส่วนบุคคล และระบบขนส่งสาธารณะในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกตัดสินใจใช้ยานพาหนะส่วนบุคคล และระบบขนส่งสาธารณะในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล เริ่มจากการใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจสำหรับเก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วย T-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการใช้พาหนะส่วนบุคคลในกลุ่มตัวอย่างกับปัจจัย 4 ด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับความพึงพอใจกับด้านความปลอดภัย (𝑥̅=4.57) มากที่สุด และปัจจัยด้านการบริหารเวลา (𝑥̅=3.50) น้อยที่สุด ขณะเดียวกันค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความ
พึงพอใจการใช้ขนส่งสาธารณะในกลุ่มตัวอย่างกับปัจจัย 4 ด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับความพึงพอใจด้านความปลอดภัย (𝑥̅=4.51) มากที่สุด และปัจจัยด้านค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทาง (𝑥̅=3.98) น้อยที่สุด ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านความปลอดภัยบนท้องถนน และด้านเส้นทางจราจรมีค่า Sig. เท่ากับ 0.420 และ 0.230 แสดงว่าปัจจัย 2 ด้านไม่มีผลต่อการเลือกใช้ยานพาหนะส่วนบุคคลและขนส่งสาธารณะ ในด้านค่าใช้จ่ายการเดินทาง และด้านการบริหารเวลามีค่า Sig. เท่ากับ 0.000 และ 0.0001 แสดงว่าปัจจัย 2 ด้านมีผลต่อการเลือกใช้ยานพาหนะส่วนบุคคลและขนส่งสาธารณะ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
