บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารความเป็นเลิศและโรงเรียนในฐานะชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ (2) วิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกและภายใน
(3) ร่างกลยุทธ์การบริหารความเป็นเลิศ และ (4) ตรวจสอบกลยุทธ์การบริหารความเป็นเลิศของศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ในสหราชอาณาจักรสู่โรงเรียนในฐานะชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ ตัวอย่างผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา รวม 217 คนจากศูนย์การศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ 23 แห่ง โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติ และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 5 ท่านสำหรับตรวจสอบกลยุทธ์ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามและแบบประเมินกลยุทธ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดด้านการบริหารความเป็นเลิศ คือ การเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ และด้านโรงเรียนในฐานะชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ คือ วิสัยทัศน์ (2) การวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมพบว่า โดยรวมเป็นโอกาสและจุดแข็ง อยู่ในตำแหน่ง “ดาวรุ่ง” (3) กลยุทธ์หลัก
4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) การเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 2) การพัฒนาการวัดผล การวิเคราะห์ และการจัดการความรู้ 3) การสรรหาผู้นำองค์กรที่มีวิสัยทัศน์ และ 4) การบริหารจัดการที่เป็นเลิศ และ 18 กลยุทธ์รอง และ (4) ผลการตรวจสอบกลยุทธ์มีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ความเป็นประโยชน์ และความคุ้มค่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
ทุกด้าน ยกเว้นความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
