Abstract

This research aims to study the relationship between predictors factors and predictors build a research professor of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya. The policy of the administration to promote research (X₁) predictive research (Y) had a statistically significant level 0.05 variables can predict the research was 1.50 percent with a standard deviation of forecast 2.26. Which the policy of the Administration to promote research (X₁) with a coefficient of predictors in raw scores (b) equal to 1.241 coefficient of predictors of standard scores (β) is equal 0.135 and there is a constant the forecast of the raw scores (a) is -2.192
