The quotation by the prophet's Hadith of Ibn Aqeel Through his explanation on Alfiyah of Ibn Malik

Abstract

This research aims to study the grammarian’s attitude on the quotation by the prophet's Hadith and the evidences that they depended on, as aims to understand Ibn Aqeel's attitude especially from the quotation by the prophet's Hadith and showing his method in the quotation through his explanation on Alfiyah of Ibn Malik. The researcher depended in this study on the inductive analytic descriptive method.


The researcher has reached the results; which important as follows:


  1. The grammarian’s attitudes differed from the quotation of the prophet's Hadith, where they were divided into three: the disallowed group, the allowed group, and the neutral group.

  2. Ibn Aqeel in the quotation by the prophet's Hadith follows either by the Hadith alone or by the Hadith connected with other evidences as the poetry.

  3. The number of the Hadiths that Ibn Aqeel cited reached seventeen Hadiths; he was cited by the Hadith alone eight places, They are : (Kana), (Inna), (Afal Altafdil), (Alidhafah), (Fi that for the justification), (Alhal), (Amma for the condition), and (Alikhtisos). He cited the Hadith connected with other evidencs and the number of them reached eight places, They are (Kada), (The exception by Siwa and Hasha), (Al ba’ for substitution), (The La Al Nafia Lel-Gns), (Man for condition), (Afal Altafdil) and (Mulhak jam’ Almuzakkar Al salim) .

  4. The Hadiths that Ibn Aqeel cited them all are in the syntax issues not morphology.
