ผลของระบบการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจไทย

บทคัดย่อ

แนวคิดการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์เชิงกลยุทธ์ ให้ความสนใจศึกษากลไกเชื่อมโยงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระบบการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์กับผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานหรือผลการดำเนินงานขององค์การ ดังนั้น ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยจึงกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของการรับรู้ระบบการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจไทย     2) เพื่อทดสอบกลไกเชื่อมโยงในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ระบบการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์กับผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจไทย ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบว่า การรับรู้ระบบการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจไทย และพบว่า ความพึงพอใจในงาน ความผูกพันกับองค์การ ความพยายามในการปฏิบัติงาน และทุนมนุษย์เป็นตัวแปรเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ระบบการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์กับผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจไทยด้วย
