บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างระหว่างความสำคัญและการรับรู้ในความชำนาญของนิสิตการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และห่วงโซ่อุปทานเพื่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้ตรงตามความต้องการของนายจ้าง การศึกษาได้นำกรอบโครงร่างของ สมาคมควบคุมการผลิตและสินค้าอเมริกัน (American Production and Inventory Control Society: APICS) และการจัดการธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ (BLM) มาใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม คือ นายจ้างที่ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำนิสิตสาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และห่วงโซ่อุปทาน โดยเก็บแบบสอบถามในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัด ได้แก่ กรุงเทพฯ ชลบุรี และระยอง เนื่องจาก 3 จังหวัดนี้มีบริษัทที่ทำกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับการจัดการ โลจิสติกส์และห่วงโซ่อุปทานเป็นจำนวนมาก จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ Importance-Expertise Matrix พบว่ามีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญระหว่างความคาดหวังและความชำนาญในทุกด้านยกเว้นความมั่นใจในตนเอง นอกจากนี้ มีความชำนาญจำนวนร้อยละ 15 ของความชำนาญทั้งหมดอยู่ในกลุ่ม Critical skill gap ร้อยละ 40 ของความชำนาญทั้งหมดอยู่ในกลุ่ม Competence in critical skills ร้อยละ 37ของความชำนาญทั้งหมดอยู่ในกลุ่ม Non-critical skills และร้อยละ 8 ของความชำนาญทั้งหมดอยู่ในกลุ่ม Competence in non-critical skills.
