Abstract

This research was to develop a pattern, experiment with a pattern, study the effectiveness, and assess the development of a learning management model for enhancing the learners’ desirable characteristics by PLC  processing in Tessaban 3 (Banbo) School under Kanchanaburi Municipality. There are four phases of research conducting:- Study the basics of model development, Develop and verify the quality of the pattern, Put the model to trial in real–life situations and  Evaluation and improve the model. The samples in the assessment were obtained by simple random sampling, and using the Krejcie & Morgan tables, consisting of Administrators, teachers, students & parents of students grade 4–6, and committee members study, a total of 474 people. Research tools are 5 levels estimation scale type of questionnaires had a confidence value of 0.95. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviations, for qualitative, and content analysis was used.

The results of the study revealed that:

  1. The Development of the learning management model to enhance the learners’ desirable characteristics by PLC processing in Tessaban 3 (Banbo) School under Kanchanaburi Municipality, it was found that using 3 concepts:- Self learning. Experience Base Learning and real world learning. The management component is workshops within the scope of curriculum content, training and implementing, the results of the learning into practice with supervision, monitoring and evaluation. To promote the development of teachers to be effective by the PPES. School Model 5 Steps:-  Step 1.  P: Planning, planning step, Step 2 :- P: Performance, performance  step, Step 3. S: Study Skill, skill building step, Step 4 : E: Education, giving knowledge, Step 5:  S: Summarizing, record summary of information.
  2. The results of using the model and studying the effectiveness, teachers were able to write learning units to enhance the desirable characteristics of the learners by using the PLC Process. Overall opinions were at a high level.  Teachers were able to write plans. Overall opinions were at a very good level. Teachers were able to manage learning to enhance the desirable characteristics of the learners through the overall PLC process. Knowledge development teachers’ understanding of overall, learning management was at a very good level. Teachers’ opinions towards the  PLC Process used in learning management to enhance the desirable characteristics of the learners. Overall the opinions are at a very good level.  The learners had higher overall desirable characteristics in 8 sides, when considering each side, was found that in good level. Both the first and the second assessment. The opinions of those involved in the management of learning to enhance the desirable characteristic of the learners through the PLC Process overall is at a good level.
  3. The results of the evaluation of the development of the learning management model to enhance the desirable characteristics of learners through PLC Process in Tessaban 3 (Banbo) School under Kanchanaburi Municipality. It was assessed from the satisfaction of school participants toward the learning management resulting from the use of the overage model is at the high level.
