วารสารศิลปศาสตร์และอุตสาหกรรมบริการ (Journal of Liberal Arts and Service Industry) มุ่งเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัย และบทความวิชาการ ที่มีคุณภาพในด้านมนุษยศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ และอุตสาหกรรมบริการ เพื่อเป็นสื่อกลางในการนำเสนอองค์ความรู้และการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการระหว่างนักวิจัย คณาจารย์ และนิสิต/นักศึกษา ทั้งในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ

วารสารใช้กรอบการจำแนกสาขาวิชาตามมาตรฐานสากล เพื่อกำหนดขอบเขตบทความและการคัดเลือกผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Peer Review) ให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญตรงตามสาขาวิชา เพื่อให้กระบวนการบรรณาธิการมีคุณภาพและเป็นที่ยอมรับตามมาตรฐานทางวิชาการ

Aims and Scope

The Journal of Liberal Arts and Service Industry aims to publish high-quality research and academic articles in the fields of Humanities, Social Sciences, and the Service Industry. It serves as a platform for knowledge dissemination and academic exchange among researchers, faculty members, and students at both national and international levels.

The journal utilizes international subject classification standards to define the scope of articles and select experts for the Peer Review process, ensuring rigorous editorial quality and academic integrity.

ทั้งนี้ วารสารอาจพิจารณารับบทความในหัวข้อหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ ตามดุลยพินิจของกองบรรณาธิการ หากเห็นว่าเนื้อหามีความสอดคล้องกับขอบเขตและวัตถุประสงค์ของวารสาร

The Editorial Board may consider articles in other related fields if the content aligns with the journal’s aims and scope.

การเปิดรับพิจารณาบทความ (Call for Submissions)

วารสารเปิดรับบทความเพื่อตีพิมพ์ตลอดทั้งปี (Rolling Submission) โดยบทความที่ส่งมาจะเข้าสู่กระบวนการพิจารณาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่หลากหลายสาขา เพื่อรักษามาตรฐานทางวิชาการระดับสูง

The journal accepts submissions throughout the year. Submitted articles will undergo a peer review process by a diverse group of experts to maintain high academic standards.

ประเภทบทความ (Article Types)

วารสารรับพิจารณาบทความในรูปแบบภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ดังนี้

  1. บทความวิจัย (Research Article) บทความที่นำเสนอผลการศึกษาวิจัยอย่างเป็นระบบ มีระเบียบวิธีวิจัยที่ชัดเจน และมีข้อค้นพบที่สร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ในศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. บทความวิชาการ (Academic Article) บทความที่มุ่งเน้นการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ หรือทบทวนวรรณกรรมเพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิด ทฤษฎี หรือมุมมองใหม่ทางวิชาการ

Article Types

  1. Research Article: Systematic studies with clear methodology and findings that contribute new knowledge to the field.
  2. Academic Article: In-depth analysis, synthesis, or literature reviews presenting new perspectives, concepts, or theories.

ภาษา (Language)

วารสารเปิดรับบทความทั้ง ภาษาไทย และ ภาษาอังกฤษ

The journal accepts articles in both Thai and English.

 

นโยบายของวารสาร 

  1. วารสารไม่มีการกำหนดลำดับหรือ queuing ซึ่งเป็นคำถามที่ผู้แต่งสอบถามเข้ามา การที่จะได้ตีพิมพ์เร็วหรือช้าขึ้นอยู่กับ คุณภาพ และมาตรฐาน ความเรียบร้อยของบทความ โดยผ่านการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพียงเท่านั้น
    2. การตีพิมพ์ของวารสารนั้น บทความเรื่องใดได้ตอบรับให้ตีพิมพ์ จะอัพโหลดขึ้นเว็บไซต์ทันที และจะเรียงลำดับเรื่องไป จนกระทั่งประมาณ 1 เดือนก่อนหมดเขตปิดเล่มวารสาร
    3. วารสารไม่มีกำหนดจำนวนเรื่องต่อเล่ม ทั้งนี้บทความที่ตีพิมพ์ในวารสารจะขึ้นอยู่กับการพิจารณาของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งมาเพื่อประเมินบทความ เพียงเท่านั้น
    4. ผู้สนใจส่งบทความจะต้องจ่ายค่าอ่านผลงานให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิอ่านผลงาน บทความภาษาไทย บทความละ 4,000 บาท บทความภาษาอังกฤษ บทความละ 5,500 บาท ตาม ประกาศมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เรื่อง กำหนดอัตราค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความในวารสารศิลปศาสตร์และะอุตสาหกรรมบริการ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ประกาศ ณ วันที่ 24 พฤศจิกายน 2565     
    5. ผู้ที่ได้ส่งบทความวิจัย และบทความวิชาการ สามารถชำระค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความ ได้ที่ บัญชีธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ชื่อบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน เลขที่บัญชี 769-200001-0 
    6. ตามประกาศมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เรื่อง กำหนดอัตราค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความในวารสารศิลปศาสตร์และะอุตสาหกรรมบริการ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ประกาศ ณ วันที่ 24 พฤศจิกายน 2565 ระบุว่า "ในกรณีที่ผลการพิจารณาบทความนั้นไม่ผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพบทความจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิผู้เขียนไม่สามารถขอคืนค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความได้"

Journal Policy

  1. The journal does not have a queuing system, a question often asked by authors. Publication time depends solely on the quality, standards, and completeness of the article, as determined by a peer review process.
    2. Accepted articles will be uploaded to the website immediately and listed in order until approximately one month before the journal's publication deadline.
    3. The journal does not have a fixed number of articles per issue. Publication is subject to the review process of appointed experts.
    4. Authors are required to pay a peer review fee: 4,000 baht per Thai article and 5,500 baht per English article, as per the Kasetsart University Announcement on Publication Fees for the Journal of Liberal Arts and Service Industry, dated November 24, 2022.
    5. Research and academic articles can be submitted for publication fees to the following bank account: Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, Account Name: Kasetsart University. Kamphaeng Saen Campus, Account Number 769-200001-0
    6. According to the Kasetsart University announcement regarding the rates for publishing articles in the Journal of Liberal Arts and Service Industry, Kasetsart University, announced on November 24, 2022, it states that "In cases where the article does not pass the peer review, the author cannot request a refund of the publishing fee."

 

นโยบายการยกระดับวารสารสู่มาตรฐานสากล (Scopus Ambition Policy)

วารสารศิลปศาสตร์และอุตสาหกรรมบริการ (JLASI) มุ่งมั่นที่จะยกระดับคุณภาพทางวิชาการเพื่อเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูลระดับสากล (Scopus) ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด เพื่อขยายขอบเขตการเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยไทยสู่สายตาประชาคมโลก วารสารจึงได้กำหนดนโยบายการเตรียมต้นฉบับดังนี้

  1. การส่งบทความ (Submission): วารสารเปิดรับบทความต้นฉบับทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
  2. ข้อกำหนดสำหรับบทความภาษาไทย: เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นวารสารนานาชาติ หากท่านส่งบทความภาษาไทย รูปภาพ (Figures) ตาราง (Tables) และเอกสารอ้างอิง (References) ทั้งหมดจะต้องจัดทำเป็น ภาษาอังกฤษ เท่านั้น
  3. การสนับสนุนด้านการแปล (Translation Support): สำหรับบทความที่มีคุณภาพสูงและผ่านกระบวนการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเรียบร้อยแล้ว กองบรรณาธิการจะเป็นผู้ดำเนินการแปลเนื้อหาทั้งหมดเป็นภาษาอังกฤษฉบับสมบูรณ์ โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม (หรือตามเงื่อนไขที่วารสารกำหนด) เพื่อเตรียมการตีพิมพ์ในรูปแบบภาษาอังกฤษ
  4. การยินยอมตีพิมพ์ (Publication Consent): ผู้เขียนจะต้องลงนามในหนังสือยินยอม (Consent Form) เพื่อให้วารสารดำเนินการแปลและตีพิมพ์บทความในรูปแบบภาษาอังกฤษ ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการเผยแพร่ตามมาตรฐานสากล

English Version (International Standard)

Pathway to Global Recognition (Scopus Indexing Policy)

The Journal of Liberal Arts and Service Industry (JLASI) is proactively advancing its academic standards to achieve indexing in the Scopus database. To facilitate global scholarly exchange and increase research visibility, the following submission policies have been implemented:

  1. Language of Submission: We welcome original manuscripts in both Thai and English.
  2. Requirements for Thai Manuscripts: To align with international metadata standards, authors submitting in Thai must provide all Figures, Tables, and References exclusively in English.
  3. Professional Translation Services: For high-quality Thai manuscripts that successfully pass peer review, the journal’s editorial team will provide comprehensive translation into English. This ensures that the final publication meets global linguistic and academic standards.
  4. Authorization for English Publication: Upon acceptance, authors must sign a Formal Consent Form authorizing the journal to translate and publish their work in English. This policy is designed to elevate the impact of the research and ensure its accessibility to the international academic community.

 

 

ตามมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการประจำคณะอุตสาหกรรมบริการครั้งที่ 2-4/2567 เมื่อวันพุธที่ 21 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2567 จึงให้กำหนดอัตราค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความในวารสารศิลปศาสตร์และอุตสาหกรรมบริการ ดังนี้

  1. กรณีอาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพิเศษ สังกัดคณะอุตสาหกรรมบริการ ไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความภาษาไทย และค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความภาษาต่างประเทศ
  2. กรณีนิสิตคณะอุตสาหกรรมบริการ ในระดับปริญญาตรี โท เอก ที่มีชื่อร่วมกับอาจารย์ในคณะอุตสาหกรรมบริการ ไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าดำเนินการจัพิมพ์บทความภาษาไทย และค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความภาษาต่างประเทศ
  3. กรณีอาจารย์ บุคลากร นิสิต ในระดับปริญญาตรี โท เอก ในมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ที่ไม่ใช่คณะอุตสาหกรรมบริการ อัตราค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความภาษาไทย บทความละ 2,000 บาท และอัตราค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความภาษาต่างประเทศ บทความละ 2,750 บาท
  4. กรณีบุคคลภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ อัตราค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความภาษาไทยบทความละ 4,000 บท และอัตราค่าดำเนินการจัดพิมพ์บทความภาษาต่างประเทศ บทความละ 5,500 บาท

ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2567 เป็นต้นไป

ประกาศคณะอุตสาหกรรมบริการ

According to the resolution of the Faculty of Service Industry Committee meeting No. 2-4/2024 on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, the publishing fees for articles in the Journal of Liberal Arts and Service Industry are determined as follows:

  1. Faculty members, staff, and special experts affiliated with the Faculty of Service Industry are exempt from publishing fees for Thai and foreign language articles.
  2. Undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students of the Faculty of Service Industry who are jointly listed with a faculty member of the Faculty of Service Industry are exempt from publishing fees for Thai and foreign language articles.
  3. Faculty members, staff, and undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students of Kasetsart University, excluding the Faculty of Service Industry, are exempt from publishing fees for Thai and foreign language articles.
  4. For individuals outside of Kasetsart University, the publishing fee is 2,000 baht per article for Thai articles and 2,750 baht per article for foreign language articles. The publishing fee for Thai articles is 4,000 baht per article, and the fee for publishing foreign language articles is 5,500 baht per article.

This is effective from January 2, 2024 onwards.
