Information For Librarians

We encourage research librarians to list this journal among their library's electronic journal holdings. As well, it may be worth noting that this journal's open source publishing system is suitable for libraries to host for their faculty members to use with journals they are involved in editing (see Open Journal Systems).

For the Editorial Board (Editors)

  • The journal's editorial board will not accept for publication works that have been previously published elsewhere or are currently under consideration by other journals or publications.

  • The journal's editorial board has a strict system for checking for duplications/plagiarism using systems such as Akkarawisut, online search engines (GOOGLE), and Turnitin to ensure that articles to be published do not plagiarize the work of others. If plagiarism is detected, the editorial board will immediately stop the process, reject the publication, and place the author on a blacklist.

  • The journal's editorial board conducts an initial quality review and screening to determine if the article aligns with the journal's aims and scope. Once accepted for consideration, it must pass an evaluation by experts (peer reviewers) specialized in that field in order to be published.

  • The journal's editorial board must make decisions based on the recommendations of the experts. Based on the recommendations for revisions and the review results, at least one expert must approve the article for it to be considered for publication.

  • The journal's editorial board will not disclose the information of authors and reviewers under any circumstances.

  • The journal's editorial board must not act in any way that results in a conflict of interest. For example, the Editor-in-Chief publishing in their own journal, or an editor publishing in the journal while being involved in the review of their own work. They must not have any conflicts of interest with authors, reviewers, or other involved parties. The board must also maintain standards and continuously develop the journal's quality and relevance.
