จริยธรรมของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพิจารณาบทความ (Reviewer)

วารสารศิลปศาสตร์และอุตสาหกรรมบริการมีความประสงค์ให้การตีพิมพ์วารสารเป็นไปอย่างมีคุณภาพ ถูกต้อง และเป็นที่ยอมรับ ตามหลักจริยธรรมในการตีพิมพ์ผลงานในวารสารวิชาการ (Publication Ethics) สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการตีพิมพ์นานาชาติ และจริยธรรมในการตีพิมพ์บทความตามข้อกำหนดของ Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) จึงได้กำหนดจริยธรรมของการตีพิมพ์ ดังนี้

สำหรับผู้อ่าน (Reviewer)

  1. ผู้เขียนจะต้องรับรองว่าผลงานที่ส่งเข้ารับการพิจารณาตีพิมพ์ เป็นผลงานใหม่ ไม่มีการคัดลอก ไม่เคยตีพิมพ์ที่ใดมาก่อน หากวารสารตรวจสอบพบ จะถูกขึ้นบัญชีดำและไม่อนุญาตให้ตีพิมพ์ในวารสารอีกต่อไป
  2. ผู้เขียนต้องรับรองว่าผลงานวิจัย ผลงานวิชาการ ที่ส่งเข้ารับการพิจารณาตีพิมพ์ เป็นผลงานของผู้เขียน และผู้เขียนร่วมตามชื่อที่ปรากฏไว้จริง
  3. ผู้เขียนต้อง ต้องอ้างอิงผลงานวิชาการของผู้อื่นให้ครบถ้วนและระบุไว้ในเอกสารอ้างอิงตามหลักเกณฑ์ หากมีการนำข้อความมาใช้ในผลงานของตนเอง รวมถึงรูปแบบการอ้างอิงต้องถูกต้องและไม่ใช่การคัดลอกผลงาน
  4. ผู้เขียนต้องรับรองว่าผลงานที่ส่งเข้ารับการพิจารณา เป็นรายงานข้อมูลและผลการวิจัยที่เกิดขึ้นจากการทำวิจัยจริง และรับผิดชอบต่อความคิดเห็นหรือข้อสรุปในบทความที่นำมาตีพิมพ์
  5. หากเป็นบทความวิจัยที่ได้รับทุนการสนับสนุน ผู้เขียนต้องระบุแหล่งทุนที่สนับสนุนการทำงานวิจัยของท่านในบทความ เช่นในกิตติกรรมประกาศ หรือที่หนึ่งที่ใดในบทความนั้น หรือต้องระบุผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนอย่างชัดเจน (ถ้ามี)
  6. หากทางวารสารตรวจสอบพบการคัดลอกผลงานไม่ว่ากรณีใดก็ตาม ทางวารสารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับพิจารณาบุคคลผู้นั้นตลอดไป

ในนามของกองบรรณาธิการวารสารศิลปศาสตร์และอุตสาหกรรมบริการ ขอขอบคุณที่ท่านสละเวลาอันมีค่ามาร่วมเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการกลั่นกรองคุณภาพทางวิชาการ เพื่อให้การตีพิมพ์เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล (COPE) ทางวารสารจึงขอสรุป "จริยธรรมที่วารสารบังคับใช้กับผู้แต่ง (Authors)" เพื่อให้ท่านได้รับทราบและช่วยเป็นหูเป็นตาตรวจสอบในระหว่างการพิจารณาบทความ ดังนี้ครับ

สิ่งที่ท่านควรตรวจสอบเกี่ยวกับจริยธรรมของผู้แต่ง (Ethical Guidelines for Authors)

ในฐานะผู้พิจารณา หากท่านพบข้อพิรุธหรือความผิดปกติในประเด็นดังต่อไปนี้ โปรดแจ้งให้กองบรรณาธิการทราบทันที เพื่อดำเนินการตามมาตรการขั้นเด็ดขาด (Blacklist):

1. ความซ้ำซ้อนและการคัดลอกผลงาน (Originality & Plagiarism)

  • เกณฑ์: บทความต้องเป็นผลงานใหม่ ไม่เคยตีพิมพ์ที่ใดมาก่อน และต้องไม่มีการคัดลอกผลงาน (Plagiarism)

  • สิ่งที่ท่านช่วยดูได้: หากท่านคุ้นเคยว่าเนื้อหา รูปภาพ หรือผลการทดลองนี้เคยปรากฏในงานวิจัยอื่น (แม้จะเป็นงานเก่าของผู้เขียนเอง) หรือดูเหมือนมีการคัดลอกมาโดยไม่อ้างอิง โปรดระบุในผลการประเมิน

2. ความเป็นเจ้าของผลงาน (Authorship)

  • เกณฑ์: รายชื่อผู้แต่งที่ปรากฏต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีส่วนร่วมในงานวิจัยจริง

  • สิ่งที่ท่านช่วยดูได้: หากพบว่าเนื้อหาไม่สอดคล้องกับความเชี่ยวชาญของผู้แต่ง หรือสงสัยว่ามีการใส่ชื่อผู้แต่งกิตติมศักดิ์ (Gift Authorship) ที่ไม่ได้ทำวิจัยจริง

3. ความถูกต้องของการอ้างอิง (Citation)

  • เกณฑ์: ผู้แต่งต้องอ้างอิงผลงานวิชาการของผู้อื่นให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามรูปแบบ

  • สิ่งที่ท่านช่วยดูได้: การนำแนวคิดหรือข้อมูลของผู้อื่นมาใช้โดยไม่ใส่เครดิต หรือการอ้างอิงผลงานที่ไม่ได้เกี่ยวข้องจริงเพื่อปั่นยอด Citation

4. ความถูกต้องของข้อมูล (Data Integrity)

  • เกณฑ์: ข้อมูลและผลการวิจัยต้องมาจากการศึกษาจริง ไม่มีการบิดเบือน หรือสร้างข้อมูลเท็จ (Fabrication)

  • สิ่งที่ท่านช่วยดูได้: หากผลการวิจัยดูสมบูรณ์แบบผิดปกติ หรือตัวเลขทางสถิติมีความขัดแย้งกันเองจนน่าสงสัย

5. การเปิดเผยแหล่งทุนและผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อน (Funding & Conflict of Interest)

  • เกณฑ์: ผู้แต่งต้องระบุแหล่งทุนสนับสนุน หรือผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อน (ถ้ามี) อย่างชัดเจน (มักอยู่ในส่วนกิตติกรรมประกาศ)

  • สิ่งที่ท่านช่วยดูได้: ตรวจสอบว่างานวิจัยนี้มีความเสี่ยงที่จะมีความเอนเอียงเพื่อเอื้อประโยชน์ต่อแหล่งทุนหรือไม่

บทลงโทษที่วารสารใช้ (เพื่อทราบ) หากทางวารสารตรวจสอบพบ หรือได้รับแจ้งจากท่านว่าผู้แต่งกระทำผิดจริยธรรมร้ายแรง (เช่น การคัดลอกผลงาน) วารสารจะดำเนินการ ระงับการพิจารณา และ ขึ้นบัญชีดำ (Blacklist) ผู้แต่งท่านนั้นตลอดไป

On behalf of the Editorial Board, we extend our deepest gratitude for your time and invaluable expertise. Your rigorous evaluation is the cornerstone of our academic quality. To ensure compliance with COPE standards, we rely on our reviewers to act as guardians of publication ethics.

While evaluating the academic merit of a manuscript, we kindly request that you remain vigilant for any potential ethical misconduct by the author(s).

Ethical Red Flags: What Reviewers Should Watch For

If you suspect any irregularities or misconduct in the following areas, please notify the Editorial Board immediately in your confidential comments. The journal will take decisive action.

1. Originality and Plagiarism

  • The Standard: Manuscripts must be entirely original, unpublished, and free of plagiarism (including self-plagiarism or text recycling).

  • What to Look For: If the text, figures, or data seem familiar, or if you suspect content has been copied from prior publications without proper attribution, please flag this immediately.

2. Authorship and Contribution

  • The Standard: Authorship must be limited to those who have made significant contributions to the research.

  • What to Look For: Watch for "Gift Authorship" (inclusion of individuals who did not contribute) or "Ghost Authorship" (omission of key contributors). Discrepancies between the manuscript's topic and the known expertise of the listed authors can be a warning sign.

3. Citation Accuracy and Manipulation

  • The Standard: All external ideas, data, and texts must be accurately cited following the journal's guidelines.

  • What to Look For: Be alert to missing credits for existing concepts, or conversely, "Citation Padding/Manipulation"—the inclusion of irrelevant references merely to inflate an author's or a journal's citation count.

4. Data Integrity and Fabrication

  • The Standard: Research data must be authentic and accurately reported. Falsification, fabrication, or inappropriate manipulation of data is strictly prohibited.

  • What to Look For: Data that appears "too perfect," statistically contradictory results, or manipulated images/graphs that do not align with the described methodology.

5. Funding and Conflict of Interest (COI)

  • The Standard: Authors must transparently disclose all sources of financial support and any potential conflicts of interest.

  • What to Look For: Assess whether the research design or conclusions appear biased in a way that disproportionately favors a specific funder, commercial entity, or personal interest.

Zero-Tolerance Policy & Sanctions

Please be assured that the Journal takes your ethical concerns seriously. If the Editorial Board confirms a severe ethical breach (e.g., blatant plagiarism or data fabrication) based on your report or our internal checks:

  • The manuscript will be immediately rejected.

  • The author(s) will be placed on a Permanent Blacklist, barring them from any future submissions to this journal.
