The study of the behavior of tourists in the new era with the use of transportation services within Chatuchak district, Bangkok

This research aims to study the behavior, attitudes, and preferences of new-generation young tourists when using transportation services for tourism in the Chatuchak district of Bangkok. The study focuses on a sample group of 400 new-generation young tourists, categorized based on personal factors such as gender, age, education level, occupation, and average monthly income. A questionnaire is used as a tool for data collection. Subsequently, the collected data is processed, and statistical analysis is conducted using specialized software.
The study findings reveal that personal factors influencing the attitudes of new-generation young tourists toward using transportation services for tourism in the Chatuchak district of Bangkok include age, education level, occupation, and average monthly income. Additionally, factors influencing the behavior of these tourists when using tourism transportation services in the area include gender, education level, and occupation. Importantly, there are no specific personal factors that significantly impact the preferences of new-generation young tourists in using transportation services for tourism in the Chatuchak district of Bangkok.
