การส่งเสริมศิลปะการแสดงกลองปู่จาของชุมชนรอบกว๊านพะเยาอย่างมีส่วนร่วม

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้ดำเนินการภายใต้การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน คือ บ้าน วัด โรงเรียน ในตำบลบ้านตุ่น อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) ศึกษาศิลปะการแสดงของชุมชนรอบกว๊านพะเยา 2) ถอดบทเรียนการตีกลองปู่จาและถ่ายทอดต่อกลุ่มเยาวชน และ 3) สร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ นักแสดงด้านการตีกลองปู่จา ผู้อุปถัมภ์ศิลปะการแสดงกลองปู่จา กิจกรรมที่ดำเนินการมีดังนี้ 1) จัดเวทีประชาคมเพื่อให้ทราบความต้องการของชุมชน ร่วมวางแผนการทำงาน ร่วมดำเนินงานถอดบทเรียน จัดการองค์ความรู้การบันทึกโน้ตกลอง บันทึกวิดีทัศน์ ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ภายใต้การดูแลของปราชญ์ชุมชนการตีกลองปู่จา และมีส่วนร่วมในการถ่ายทอดการแสดงกลองปู่จา ร่วมกับองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านตุ่น วัดตุ่นใต้ โรงเรียนฟากกว๊านวิทยาคม 2) ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ด้านพัฒนาการของการแสดงกลองปู่จา ความสำคัญของกลองปู่จาต่อการพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนด้านศิลปะการแสดง 3) ติดตามผลของการถ่ายทอดนวัตกรรมการตีกลองปู่จาให้กับนักแสดงรอบกว๊านพะเยาและจังหวัดพะเยา และ 4) ผลักดันกลุ่มเครือข่ายกลองปู่จาในจังหวัดพะเยา เพื่อสร้างผลงานเป็นที่ประจักษ์ ทำให้หน่วยงานของชุมชน และองค์กรภาครัฐ เห็นความสำคัญของกลองปู่จา ผลที่เกิดขึ้นคือ การจัดแสดงกลองปู่จาในงานเทศกาลสำคัญของจังหวัดพะเยาเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2560 ซึ่งเป็นการให้รางวัลทางสังคมเพื่อสนับสนุนศิลปะการแสดงกลองปู่จาและกลองล้านนาของจังหวัดพะเยา
