บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอระบบและกลไกการบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยเชิงพื้นที่ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย เพื่อขับเคลื่อนสู่ความเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยรับใช้สังคม ตั้งแต่การจัดการระยะต้นน้ำ กลางน้ำ และปลายน้ำ การพัฒนาระบบและกลไกการบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยเชิงพื้นที่ ประกอบด้วย การวิเคราะห์เหตุผลสัมพันธ์ การวิเคราะห์ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย การประเมินผลลัพธ์ผลกระทบ การจัดทำระบบหนุนเสริมกระบวนการบริหารจัดการ เช่น ระบบพี่เลี้ยง ระบบการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักวิจัย ระบบการติดตามและการรายงานความก้าวหน้า มีพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนนอกสถานที่เพื่อเชื่อมต่อนักวิจัยกับผู้ใช้ประโยชน์ และการปรับระบบบริหารจัดการ เช่น การปรับระเบียบข้อบังคับให้เอื้อต่อการวิจัย ผลจากการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานภายใต้ระบบและกลไกการบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยเชิงพื้นที่ พบว่า ในปี พ.ศ. 2560-2561 มหาวิทยาลัยได้รับทุนอุดหนุนการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่ 8.2 ล้านบาท รวม 22 โครงการ และโครงการวิจัยมีการดำเนินงานตามแผนงานร้อยละ 100 มีการถ่ายทอดผลวิจัยสู่ชุมชนในพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำปะเหลียน และนําผลงานไปใช้ประโยชน์อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีผลงานวิจัยตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ จำนวน 8 บทความ การยื่นขอจดอนุสิทธิบัตร จำนวน 5 เรื่อง มีนักวิจัยเชิงพื้นที่ 68 คน จาก 10 คณะ ใน 3 พื้นที่ของมหาวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ จังหวัดสงขลา ตรัง และนครศรีธรรมราช นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการเพิ่มทักษะให้นักวิจัยเพื่อต่อยอดการพัฒนางานวิจัยเชิงพื้นที่สู่ความเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยรับใช้สังคม
