บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพและความพร้อมของวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อรองรับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ รวมทั้งเพื่อพัฒนากลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนและเครือข่ายเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ ด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน 9 กลุ่ม การดำเนินการประกอบด้วย 1) รวบรวมข้อมูล ประมวลผล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล 2) ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ จัดทำรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการและพัฒนา 3) เชื่อมโยงและขยายช่องทางการจำหน่ายสินค้าทางการค้าออนไลน์ 4) กิจกรรมพัฒนาศักยภาพ 5) การออกแบบผังบริเวณเพื่อรองรับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ และ 6) การออกแบบสถานที่สถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพ ส่งผลให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังนี้ 1) การพัฒนาศักยภาพของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในด้านองค์ความรู้ และการขึ้นทะเบียนสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพ 2) การพัฒนาพื้นที่และออกแบบผังบริเวณเพื่อรองรับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ ทั้งในกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน และสถานประกอบการ และ 3) การรวมกลุ่มเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน โดยการจัดตั้งชมรมผู้ประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพ ซึ่งมีสมาชิกคือ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน สถานประกอบการนวด ที่พัก และหมอนวดในพื้นที่ รวมทั้งการสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ ทำให้เกิดการรวมกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน และการกระจายรายได้สู่ชุมชน ยอดขายสินค้าเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 30 และการเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ภายในชุมชน ซึ่งนำไปสู่ความยั่งยืนของชุมชนต่อไป
