บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่ การทำนุบำรุงศิลปะวัฒนธรรม และบริการวิชาการ เป็นภารกิจสำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัยที่สร้างประโยชน์ให้กับชุมชนและสังคมโดยรวม อย่างไรก็ตาม ศักยภาพในการนำเสนองานเหล่านี้ในรูปแบบบทความในวารสารวิชาการมักถูกมองข้าม บทความนี้มุ่งสนับสนุนให้เพิ่มจำนวนการนำงานวิชาการเพื่อสังคมของมหาวิทยาลัยไทย สู่กระบวนการเผยแพร่ในวารสารนานาชาติ โดยผู้เขียนได้ประมวลชื่อวารสารและบทความใหม่ที่น่าสนใจ จากฐานข้อมูล Scopus เป็นตัวอย่างตามกลุ่มเนื้อหา แม้ว่าวิชาการเพื่อสังคมมีความเป็นสหวิทยาการ กลยุทธ์การตีพิมพ์ที่อิงตามสาขาวิชา เป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งที่แนะนำเพื่อดึงดูดความสนใจจากวารสารต่างกลุ่มเนื้อหา ที่รวมถึง การศึกษา การจัดการ เกษตร สิ่งแวดล้อม และวัฒนธรรมศึกษา เป็นต้น สำหรับวารสารพหุวิทยาการที่เป็นเป้าหมายมี ความยั่งยืน เป็นคำสำคัญ ในลำดับท้ายได้นำเสนอโอกาสในการตีพิมพ์งานวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่ การทำนุบำรุงศิลปะวัฒนธรรม และบริการวิชาการ ในวารสารที่มีขอบเขตกว้างและไม่จำกัดขอบเขต
