บทคัดย่อ
วิสาหกิจชุมชนพัฒนาไม้ผลเพิ่มพูนทรัพย์ อำเภอบ้านนาสาร จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี มีชื่อเสียงเรื่องการเกษตรเงาะโรงเรียนแต่ยังขาดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรเพื่อสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้พื้นที่การเกษตรสวนเงาะแปลงใหญ่ของวิสาหกิจชุมชนพัฒนาไม้ผลเพิ่มพูนทรัพย์ โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม 1) การกำหนดความต้องการในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร 2) การสำรวจศักยภาพของสวนเงาะ และออกแบบโปรแกรมท่องเที่ยว 3) การทดสอบโปรแกรมการท่องเที่ยว และการคำนวณต้นทุน-ราคาขาย และ 4) การถอดบทเรียนและอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับทักษะการให้บริการและสื่อความหมายการท่องเที่ยว ส่งผลให้กลุ่มวิสาหกิจฯ มีโปรแกรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรจำนวน 2 โปรแกรม ที่มีจุดเด่นคือ เป็นพื้นที่การเกษตรสวนเงาะแปลงใหญ่ที่ได้รับมาตรฐาน GAP และเงาะโรงเรียนที่มีชื่อเสียงด้านคุณภาพความหวาน ล่อนและกรอบ และได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนสิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ไทย (GI) เพียงแห่งเดียวในประเทศไทย มีการเชื่อมโยงกิจกรรมกับร้านอาหารในท้องถิ่นนำเสนอเมนูอาหารท้องถิ่น และอยู่ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรที่มีชื่อเสียงในอำเภอบ้านนาสาร เช่น สวนสละอาทิตย์ รวมทั้งแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติอื่น ๆ ทั้งในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง และมีความร่วมมือกับวังโขรีสอร์ทเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และขายโปรแกรมให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยว
