บทคัดย่อ
เครือข่ายวนเกษตรตำบลพวา อำเภอแก่งหางแมว จังหวัดจันทบุรี ขาดกิจกรรมสร้างรายได้ และไม่มีการเติบโตจากสมาชิกใหม่ งานวิจัยนี้จึงพัฒนากิจกรรมสร้างรายได้ เพื่อดึงดูดให้มีสมาชิกใหม่เข้ามาร่วมกลุ่ม โดยการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจบนฐานของระบบนิเวศจากทุนทรัพยากรและองค์ความรู้ในชุมชน ด้วยกระบวนการดังนี้ 1) การร่วมพัฒนาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ 2) การร่วมพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ 3) การถ่ายทอดอบรมให้ความรู้ และ 4) การพัฒนาทักษะการทำตลาดออนไลน์และสร้างเครือข่าย โดยจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ดินพร้อมปลูกและปุ๋ยมูลช้าง ที่ฟาร์มเจ้าคุณ by KMITL ร้านค้าชุมชน และช่องทางออนไลน์ ส่งผลให้มีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นรวม 6,500 บาท และการจัดอบรมถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้เยาวชน เพื่อให้เกิดความสนใจและเข้าร่วมการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อสร้างรายได้ นอกจากนี้โครงการพัชรสุธาคชานุรักษ์ได้สนับสนุนและผลักดันผลิตภัณฑ์ดินพร้อมปลูกและปุ๋ยมูลช้างเป็นสินค้าคชานุรักษ์
