การจัดการท่องเที่ยววิถีชาวนา ชุมชนลำน้ำคลองโพธิ์ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

บทคัดย่อ
ชุมชนลำน้ำคลองโพธิ์ อำเภอบางปะอิน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา มีการขยายตัวของนิคมอุตสาหกรรมและที่อยู่อาศัย ทำให้มีปัญหาน้ำเน่าเสียไม่เหมาะกับการอุปโภคบริโภคและการเกษตร ปัญหาน้ำกร่อยและน้ำเค็มจากธุรกิจบ่อดินบ่อทราย และคนรุ่นใหม่ไม่ประกอบอาชีพชาวนา จึงส่งผลให้จำนวนชาวนาและพื้นที่ปลูกข้าวลดลง งานวิจัยนี้จึงพัฒนาและใช้ประโยชน์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนเพื่อรองรับการท่องเที่ยวด้วยการฟื้นฟูวิถีชาวนาเพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนของชุมชน โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักคือ กลุ่มผู้นำชุมชน ปราชญ์ชุมชน กลุ่มเจ้าบ้าน กลุ่มชาวนาและเกษตรกร กลุ่มอาชีพ ภาคีเครือข่าย จำนวน 55 คน นักท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 400 คน โดยมีกระบวนการดังนี้ 1) การค้นหาตัวตน โดยจัดทำแผนที่ชุมชน ปฏิทินฤดูกาล-ปฏิทินวัฒนธรรม ค้นหาทุนชุมชนเพื่อนำมาสร้างเป็นกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวภายในชุมชน 2) การพัฒนาคน โดยจัดกิจกรรมให้ความรู้กับคนในชุมชนเพื่อพัฒนาเป็นนักเล่าเรื่องภายในชุมชน และจัดกิจกรรมศึกษาดูงานในพื้นที่ที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการจัดการท่องเที่ยววิถีชาวนาเพื่อนำมาเป็นแนวทางในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวในชุมชน 3) การพัฒนาชุมชน โดยการวิเคราะห์ผลการประเมินศักยภาพของตำบลบ้านกรด คุ้งลาน ตลิ่งชัน และสามเรือน และปรับปรุงพื้นที่เพื่อรองรับนักท่องเที่ยว 4) การสร้างกลไกการทำงาน โดยการจัดตั้งกลุ่มแกนนำและคณะทำงานของชุมชน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนและพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชน และ 5) การส่งเสริมการตลาด โดยจัดกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยววิถีชาวนาชุมชนลำน้ำคลองโพธิ์ วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมนักท่องเที่ยว และปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดบริการที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจท่องเที่ยววิถีชาวนา ส่งผลให้ชุมชนลำน้ำคลองโพธิ์ มีพิพิธภัณฑ์มีชีวิตซึ่งเป็นแหล่งรวบรวมภูมิปัญญา ชุมชนเข้าใจกระบวนการบริหารจัดการ เกิดความรู้สึกรัก หวงแหน เห็นคุณค่าและอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรท้องถิ่น คนในชุมชนตระหนักรู้ด้านการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานในชุมชนเพื่อต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่ ป้ายบอกทาง ป้ายชื่อแหล่งเรียนรู้ สถานที่ต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยว ห้องน้ำสาธารณะ การอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรสิ่งแวดล้อม ประเพณี วัฒนธรรม ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น การฟื้นฟูและถ่ายทอดประเพณีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำนาและอาหารพื้นถิ่นสู่คนรุ่นใหม่และนักท่องเที่ยว การบริหารจัดการ การจัดสรร กระจายรายได้และแบ่งปันผลประโยชน์อย่างเป็นธรรม การสรรหาความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานท้องถิ่นและภาคีเครือข่าย และสมาชิกในชุมชนกลับมามีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชนผ่านกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยว ทำให้เกิดการรวมกลุ่มอาชีพและกลุ่มนักเล่าเรื่องภายในชุมชน
