บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการใช้งานพื้นที่ส่วนกลางในกระบวนการเข้ารับบริการของกลุ่มผู้ป่วยหลักโรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่คือ ผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมทั่วไป ที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางกายภาพและอุปสรรคในการเข้าใช้งานพื้นที่ และเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขเพื่อตอบสนองพฤติกรรมการใช้งานพื้นที่ของผู้ป่วยให้เกิดความสะดวก มีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยคือ ศึกษาหลักเกณฑ์ มาตรฐานในการออกแบบและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง สำรวจเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลสภาพการใช้งานพื้นที่ และสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยที่มีต่อการใช้งานพื้นที่โดยใช้แบบสำรวจบนแนวคิดการประเมินอาคารหลังการใช้งาน (Post Occupancy Evaluation : POE) 4 ปัจจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) การเข้าถึง 2) ประสิทธิภาพ 3) การจัดการพื้นที่ และ 4) ความเหมาะสมทางกายภาพ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ป่วยมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานพื้นที่ในภาพรวมอยู่ในเกณฑ์น้อยถึงปานกลาง และปัจจัยที่มีความสำคัญเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยคือ 1) สุขภาพและความเหมาะสมทางกายภาพ 2) การเข้าถึง และ 3) การจัดพื้นที่ ปัญหาดังกล่าวจะถูกนำไปวิเคราะห์เพื่อสร้างเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงต่อไป
