บทคัดย่อ

                งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะอุณหภูมิพื้นผิว (Land Surface Temperature: LST) และศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับค่าความร้อนในเขตพื้นที่ผังเมืองรวมเมืองจังหวัดขอนแก่น (ฉบับปรับปรุงครั้งที่ 3 พ.ศ. 2562) ครอบคลุมพื้นที่เมืองขอนแก่นประมาณ 239.52 ตารางกิโลเมตร รวม 11 องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น การศึกษาลักษณะอุณหภูมิพื้นผิวใช้การคำนวณจากข้อมูลภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม Landsat-8 และ Landsat-9 ในช่วงกลางเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ถึงกลางเดือนพฤษภาคม (ฤดูร้อน) โดยใช้ ปี พ.ศ. 2567 เป็นปีฐานในการศึกษา ส่วนการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับค่าความร้อน ผู้วิจัยได้แบ่งปัจจัย ออกเป็น 2 ปัจจัย คือ (1) ค่าดัชนีความแตกต่างของพืชพรรณ (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index: NDVI) และ (2) ค่าดัชนีความแตกต่างของสิ่งปลูกสร้าง (Normalized Difference Built-up Index: NDBI) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พื้นที่เมืองขอนแก่น มีอุณหภูมิเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 21.11-32.41 °C โดยพื้นที่ทางด้านทิศตะวันตกและส่วนศูนย์กลางเมืองขอนแก่นเป็นพื้นที่ที่ร้อนที่สุด ซึ่งการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินส่วนใหญ่เป็นที่ดินเปิดโล่ง และพื้นที่สิ่งปลูกสร้างหนาแน่น ตามลำดับ ค่า NDVI มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางตรงกันข้ามกับค่า LST ที่ระดับค่อนข้างต่ำ (r = -0.142) ส่วนค่า NDBI มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันกับค่า LST ที่ระดับสูง (r = 0.729) แสดงให้เห็นว่าเมื่อพื้นที่สีเขียวเพิ่มขึ้น ค่าอุณหภูมิพื้นผิวจะลดลง และเมื่อพื้นที่สิ่งปลูกสร้างหรือพื้นผิวดาดแข็งเพิ่มขึ้น ค่าอุณหภูมิพื้นผิวจะเพิ่มขึ้นตามไปด้วย ผลการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณระหว่างค่า NDVI(X1) NDBI(X2) และ LST(y) สามารถเขียนสมการทำนายได้ y = 25.829 + 5.937 X1 + 17.472 X2 จากผลการศึกษา แนวทางในการบรรเทาภาวะความร้อนในเมืองขอนแก่น ควรให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดการรูปแบบการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน ควบคู่กับการออกแบบองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพของเมือง เช่น การส่งเสริมและขยายพื้นที่สีเขียวในรูปแบบสวนสาธารณะ พื้นที่สีเขียวระดับชุมชน แนวต้นไม้ริมถนน รวมถึงการส่งเสริมให้ใช้วัสดุปูพื้นที่สามารถซึมน้ำได้ทดแทนพื้นที่คอนกรีตทั่วไป เพื่อลดการสะสมความร้อนในพื้นผิววัสดุ นอกจากนี้ การควบคุมความหนาแน่นของสิ่งปลูกสร้างภายในเมือง ทำให้เกิดการไหลเวียนของอากาศได้ดีขึ้นและช่วยถ่ายเทความร้อนออกนอกพื้นที่เมืองได้มากขึ้น
