Designing Virtual Media About Self-Testing Blood Sugar Levels for The Elderly

The research has an objective. 1) To design public relations media that simulates a virtual environment on the topic of checking blood sugar levels for the elderly. 2) To assess the satisfaction of the elderly with the newly developed public relations media. The population group is the elderly group with house registration in Buriram Municipality. Buriram Province, a total of 4,161 people, and the sample group was a group of elderly people with house registrations in Buriram Municipality. Buriram Province, 1,562 people, using Taro Yamane's calculation formula with 98% confidence using stratified sampling. The research tool is a structured questionnaire. According to the 5-level Likert scale, the quality of the research instrument passed the specified criteria (IOC=.673; Cronbach's Alpha=.781). It was found that the elderly was satisfied with virtual public relations media. New 3D format It is at a very satisfied level (Mean=4.029; S.D.=.674) and the elderly are satisfied separated into the top 3 evaluation areas: 1) Helping to create awareness of the importance of their own health in the elderly. is at the most satisfactory level (Mean=4.479; S.D.=.574) 2) The illustrations of the three-dimensional public relations media are beautiful. Is at the most satisfied level (Mean=4.426; S.D.=.606) 3) Helps promote the feeling that one must take care of one's health. (Practical goals) are at the most satisfying level (Mean=4.374; S.D.=.731), etc. When analyzing EFA, it appears that the value of KMO=.498 and the Bartlett's Test value is Sig.=.000, which all 15 variables have. Suitable and related to each other, even being a factor that affects the increase in satisfaction among the elderly with 3D public relations media, with a Communalities value between .603-.860. It was found that the creative factors of public relations media that affect satisfaction Satisfaction of the elderly group It consists of 6 influencing factors: Factor 1: feeling of care for the health of the elderly; Factor 2: quality of public relations media; Factor 3: health care; Factor 4: awareness of blood testing; Factor: 5 in the area of content harmony and 6 in the area of creating knowledge related to health, etc.
