Abstract

The purpose of research is to study of recycle process of waste plastic bottle and texturing process by integration with debris netting, rope, nets and foam buoy. The research method is to separate the waste plastic bottles of PET and HDPE by hand and subsize of plastic water bottles with cutting method. The production process is using 100 percentage of waste plastic bottles melting in the oven; when waste plastic is melted by heat, waste plastic will shrink and deform so it is necessary to fill up more waste plastic scrap to full the mold. The production of texturing process by integration with debris netting, rope, nets and foam buoy is using waste plastic water bottle scrap 90 percent and other scrap 10 percent of the physical properties of scrap. The results found that melting point of HDPE plastic is at 230 ° C. The change is made clearly by burning and turning black color. The melting point of PET plastic is at 293 ° C and turn the property into water. The scrap of debris netting, rope, and nets are melted with plastic bottles well by heat, but the average burn-up time is 10 minutes, and the color is burned to a dark brown and solid-shaped. This affects the surface appearance of the plastic by making it uneven. Rugged surface appearance is from the melting of scrap and fishnet material. There is a high contrast, only the size of the strands and the fishnet, the rope material when molten, are very high shrinkage compared to the contraction of the scrap and fishnet material. The appearance of the surface is not smooth. There is a higher roughness than debris and a fishnet; the foam buoy cannot be attached to plastic, so it is just a trace of foam buoys on the plastic. The study of recycled processes of debris, water bottles, plastic, and the process of creating surfaces, combined with scrap material. Fishnet, rope and foam buoy have similar material textures. The scrap and fishnet material provide a smooth surface and the best combination.
