Hangzhou gorgeous embroidery craftsmanship are lacking on dissemination. Then Researcher focus on investigation on intellectual knowledge management of Hangzhou embroidery craft, and to dissemination in museum’s theme design. The methodology including Survey study on Ethnography Research in craftsmanship cultural capital or intellectual inscription by adapt The Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage that refer to UNESCO, Guideline to the Burra Charter: Cultural Significances and development from International Council of Museum New Museology as well. Researcher found from 1)Explored on artisan expert’s skillful in craft making process interview, and VDO recording the details of its stepping, knowledge managing were (a)materials (b)equipment(c)15 steps of making process (d)analysis the craftsmanship aesthetic appearance values of 7 art keywords. 2) Museum theme dissemination design included as(a)museum sustainable theme on mainly the principle of UNESCO keywords as values, knowledge, skill, perspective (b) communication model for museum’s role and on exhibition theme and display image(c)install of materials, equipment, artisan experts craftsmanship’s work (d)floorplan designed of audience’s direction for exhibition, display of gorgeous embroidery materials, equipment’s, artisan experts craftsmanship’s work(e)model of museum interpretation (f)perspective of designed on media LOGO, media homepage, museum website homepage(g) media script(h)VDO on Hangzhou museum dissemination respectfully.
