Abstract
The study of the Porcelain Museum of Jingdezhen City is the main case study. Use a qualitative research process By studying relevant official government documents. and field studies Including collecting data from in-depth interviews. The research objectives are as follows: 1) Study the management situation of the Jingdezhen Porcelain Museum during the COVID-19 situation. 2) Analyze the museum management model. during this period (January 2020 - October 2022) 3) A compilation of activities and strategies for dealing with changes in the past period.
The research results found that During this period, changes can be handled by managing in three areas: 1) opening communication channels between the public and the museum director, 2) using new media to publicize the museum, 3) organizing activities for Participatory visitors It is free to enter 24 hours a day, which has become an important mechanism for attracting more visitors to the museum at its location and online.
This research initially concluded that Managing innovation and adjusting the museum's management model in various aspects, such as using new online technology combined with visiting in real locations. Helps increase the number of visitors This involves opening a cultural tourism park area in the museum and listening to feedback from the public. Helps create flexible exhibition planning guidelines These strategies help increase tourist numbers. Even though it's during the COVID situation. But the museum's crisis It has become a catalyst for the use of digital technology. and creates a new platform that stimulates the new generation More people came to visit the museum. Compared to before the COVID-19 situation
