The Relationship between the Digital Culture and the Risk Management of School Safety under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
This research aims to study 1) the digital culture of school, 2) risk management in school safety, and 3) the relationship between digital culture and risk management in school safety under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The study sample consisted of school administrators and teachers affiliated with the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, in the academic year 2022, totaling 346 individuals. The research used tools is a questionnaire to measure 2 variables with IOC index values 1.00 of all items of both variables and the reliability coefficient of 0.98, and 0.94. Statistical analysis methods including frequency distribution, percentages, means, standard deviations, and Pearson correlation coefficients test. The research found as follows: 1) The digital culture of educational institutions under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, is generally at a high level. When considering individual aspects, all aspects were found to be at a high level, with the highest average score in the emphasis on customer service. 2) Risk management in school safety under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, is generally at a high level. When considering individual aspects, safety from rights violations had the high average score. And 3) There is a significant positive relationship between digital culture and risk management in school safety under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, with a high level of statistical significance at the .01 level. The Pearson correlation coefficient is .855, indicating a strong positive correlation.
