การพัฒนาเครื่องมือวัดความไวทางวัฒนธรรมของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ
ความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมในยุคดิจิทัลที่ผู้เรียนจะต้องเผชิญมากขึ้น ส่งผลให้การพัฒนาความไวทางวัฒนธรรมของนักเรียนเป็นประเด็นสำคัญที่ควรได้รับการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอย่างเป็นระบบในบริบทการศึกษา การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือวัดความไวทางวัฒนธรรมของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล 2 รูปแบบ คือ 1) แบบมาตรประมาณค่า และ 2) แบบสถานการณ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบวัดที่พัฒนาขึ้นจากนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน 261 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างหลายขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แบบวัดประกอบด้วย 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ ความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรม การยอมรับความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรม การเคารพและการเอาใจใส่และการปรับตัวให้เหมาะสมกับผู้อื่น 2) แบบวัดทั้งสองรูปแบบผ่านการประเมินความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (I-CVI = .90–.92) และมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกของข้อคำถามในแบบวัดฉบับที่ 1 มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง .429 - .763 ซึ่งมีค่ามากกว่า .40 ถือว่าอยู่ในระดับที่ดีมาก และฉบับที่ 2 มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง .316 - .957 ซึ่ง .316 อยู่ในระดับดี และ .957 อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ดังนั้นภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีถึงดีมาก และมีค่าความเที่ยงอยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยแบบวัดฉบับที่ 1 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค = .918 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์โอเมกา = .927 และฉบับที่ 2 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค = .937 และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์โอเมกา= .937 3) ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างพบว่าโมเดลสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในเกณฑ์ยอมรับได้โดยแบบวัดฉบับที่ 1 มีค่า CFI = .933, TLI = .918, RMSEA = .076, SRMR = .076 และ X2/df = 2.52 และแบบวัดฉบับที่ 2 มีค่า CFI = .955, TLI = .946, RMSEA = .088, SRMR = .057 และ X2/df = 1.85
