รูปแบบการสื่อสารสุขภาพของกรมควบคุมโรค ผ่านการเล่าเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรคโควิด-19 บนสื่อมัลติมีเดีย

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา รูปแบบการสื่อสารสุขภาพของกรมควบคุมโรค ผ่านการเล่าเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโควิด-19 บนสื่อมัลติมีเดีย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ลักษณะกาเล่าเรื่อง องค์ประกอบ และรูปแบบของสื่อมัลติมีเดีย รูปแบบแอนิเมชัน และรูปแบบข่าวสั้นในกรณีโควิด-19 ที่ทำการเผยแพร่ผ่านเว็บไซต์ทางการของกรมควบคุมโรค (www.moph.go.th) ทั้งหมด 35 วิดีโอระหว่างวันที่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2563 เนื่องจากเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 จนถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2564 ในประเทศไทย ซึ่งเป็นเหตุการณ์สำคัญที่ควรค่าแก่การศึกษา เป็นการศึกษาควบคู่กับการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก โดยผู้วิจัยได้เลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง แบ่งออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) เจ้าหน้าที่กระทรวงสาธารณสุข 2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดีย 3) ผู้เขียนบท เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่ครบถ้วน และใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ลักษณะการเล่าเรื่องผ่านสื่อมัลติมีเดียที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโควิด-19 ของกรมควบคุมโรคได้กำหนดลักษณะในการเล่าเรื่องออกเป็น 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ 1) ลักษณะการเล่าเรื่องแบบให้ความรู้ 2) ลักษณะการเล่าเรื่องแบบแนะนำแนวทางปฏิบัติ 3) ลักษณะการเล่าเรื่องแบบแจ้งเพื่อทราบ ทั้งนี้ก็เพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการนำไปใช้งาน ในส่วนองค์ประกอบสื่อมัลติมีเดียที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโควิด-19 ของกรมควบคุมโรค ทั้งหมด 35 วิดีโอ กรมควบคุมโรคมีการประยุกต์นำเอาสื่อประเภทต่างๆ ได้แก่ เสียง ตัวอักษร ภาพนิ่ง/ภาพเคลื่อนไหว วิดีทัศน์ นำมาประกอบสร้างขึ้นใหม่ ให้เกิดความน่าสนใจมากยิ่งขึ้น ผ่านรูปแบบของสื่อมัลติมีเดียรูปแบบแอนิเมชัน และสื่อมัลติมีเดียรูปแบบข่าวสั้น ตามความเหมาะสมของแต่ละเหตุการณ์ ณ ขณะนั้น
