Effect of collaborative learning on the veterinary students ‘learning achievement and academic interest towards agribusiness subjects at Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok

Abstract

                This study intended to compare the learning achievement and interest of the students from the department of agribusiness management, before and after receiving the G.I. model instruction. The participants were 32 sophomore students from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok. The research instrument was a questionnaire, which was divided into 2 parts: basic knowledge related to agriculture business system (50 items) and the students’ interest in attending in the G.I. model instruction. Analyzed using frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, it was found that (1) the mean score of the post-test was significantly higher than the pre-test at the significant level .05 (2) Comparing between the pre-test and post-test mean score of the participants’ interest, it was found that the post-test one was higher than the pre-test at the significant level .05
