Abstract
The objective of this article is to encourage mass media to have a professional license, because this career must have high responsibility to society. Mass media professions should has a Professional Council to control ethics and morality. Ethics and morality are the important factors of every career and press council or mass media professional council will establish rules, including punishment for those who break the rules.
