Abstract

         There are many management processes of each period, but something remains to the core of management that is inevitable on the traditional Classic Theory, which is a management approach that continues until the present. The original it is an influential management thinkers that was happened. Henry Fayol was the man who would not deny that such principles. Some topics remain in the organization. It is implemented for this reason that is interesting to the author to offer a perspective on the management of Henry Fayol in a form suitable to the current situation. It relates to such principle that remains to be very efficient and effective organizational whether or not. Currently, the important factors can be achieved better with the two main and they call information and technology which mean to take science to the practical for two reasons and this commonly referred to as IT (Information Technology).
